S2P (source-to-pay) is our own Odoo module for purchasing. Run formal tenders with several suppliers and let your suppliers maintain their own data in a supplier portal. S2P is not sold on the Odoo Apps Store: we install it and set it up for your process.

The problem

Tenders often run by email and spreadsheets: requests go out one by one, quotes come back in different formats and the decision is hard to trace later. Supplier data changes arrive by email, and your purchasing team retypes them into Odoo.

• Create a tender and invite several suppliers.
• Collect the suppliers' quotes and compare them.
• Award the order to the supplier you choose.
• Everything stays documented on the tender record.

Supplier portal

• Your suppliers maintain their own data in the portal.
• Your purchasing team no longer collects changes by email and retypes them.

• Companies on Odoo 18 or 19 that want tenders and supplier self-service in the same system as purchasing and accounting.

Not a fit when:

• Databases on Odoo Online (SaaS): custom modules cannot be installed there.

Install

1. Send us a request with the form on this page.
2. We check your Odoo version, edition and hosting and agree the scope with you.
3. We install S2P on your Odoo.sh project or on-premise server.

S2P is not on the Odoo Apps Store. It is installed and set up by Flexcode Systems GmbH, Odoo Silver Partner.

How to use it

Run a tender

1. Create a tender for what you need to buy.
2. Invite the suppliers you want quotes from.
3. Compare the quotes you receive.
4. Award the order to the supplier you choose.

Let suppliers maintain their data

1. Your suppliers use the supplier portal.
2. They maintain their own data there, so your team does not have to retype it.

Limits

• Not sold on the Odoo Apps Store: S2P is installed and set up by Flexcode Systems GmbH.
• Cannot be installed on Odoo Online (SaaS).

Which Odoo versions and editions does S2P support?

Odoo 18 and Odoo 19, Community and Enterprise, on Odoo.sh or on your own server. Odoo Online (SaaS) does not allow custom modules.

Is S2P an alternative to SAP Ariba?

For many mid-sized businesses, yes: tenders and the supplier portal run directly in Odoo, in the same system as purchasing, inventory and accounting. Whether that covers your requirements, we tell you honestly in a first call.
