Yes, you can upgrade to a higher-tier package at any time—your new features will be activated immediately, and billing will be adjusted accordingly.

Yes. Once the site is created and paid for, you fully own the website and its content, including domain and hosting (if managed by you).

  After the included monthly care hours are used, additional support is available at an hourly rate. We’ll notify you before billing for extra time.
