Here are some common questions about Odoo.
Yes! With the Standard and Custom plans, you get unlimited access to all Odoo apps at no additional cost. This includes modules for Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Project Management, HR, POS, and many more.
Every paid subscription includes:
- Full access to all Odoo apps
- Cloud hosting with daily backups and maintenance
- Email integration and high-level security
- Regular software upgrades
- 24/5 customer support (in English, French, Spanish, and Dutch)
- Access to Odoo's online training platform (eLearning)
The following are not included:
- Hosting on Odoo.sh (only Odoo Online is free)
- Implementation or configuration services
- In-app purchases (e.g., SMS credits, lead generation, AI document scanning)
- Maintenance of custom-developed code
External API access allows you to connect Odoo to third-party systems using JSON-RPC or XML-RPC. This is ideal for integrating with external platforms, legacy software, or external reporting tools.

Any user who can log in to the backend and create/edit data is considered a billable user.
Examples:
- An employee who submits expense reports
- A manager who approves timesheets
- An accountant who reviews invoices
External users like clients accessing the customer portal do not count as billable users.
