Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in network administration and enhance network security.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues remotely.
  • Help design and maintain websites using WordPress, with exposure to Shopify and WooCommerce.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of CRM systems and workflow tools like monday.com.
  • Contribute to automation scripts or backend development using Python.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT processes and customer service delivery.
  • Stay current with the latest trends in IT, software, and digital platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of network administration and security principles.
  • Proficiency in Python and a strong interest in software development.
  • Experience with WordPress and general web design principles.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and WooCommerce is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of or experience with CRM systems and monday.com.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a growing tech company.
